DANIEL MÉNDEZ ANTILLÓN

Daniel is the founder and director of DMA Legal. For more than 20 years, he has advised Mexican and foreign clients in multiple commercial and financial transactions. He has represented many financial institutions, creditors, and debtors with the documentation and formalization of national and international credits, just as in self-financing and structured financing operations.

He has vast experience in real estate operations, structuring, and commercial operations management of different sectors, including manufacturing, mining, electricity, oil, and gas.

Daniel is also the co-author of two chapters of “Doing Business in Mexico” published by Juris Publishing and has published articles in various magazines, such as the International Banking Law and Regulation, the Latin American Law and Business Report, and Mexico Now. He has also contributed to the Spanish edition of The Huffington Post.

He has been a professor of international law at ITESM, and has lectured at international forums about issues dealing with loans, finance and real estate, participating in forums in Mexico, the United States, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia.

Tecnológico de Monterrey: Law Degree.

University of Oxford (England): Master of Laws.

ITESO: Graduated in Emotional Intelligence.

Chihuahua Archdiocesan Seminary: Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
