Daniel is the founder and director of DMA Legal. For more than 28 years, he has advised Mexican and foreign clients in multiple corporate, financial, and real estate transactions. He has represented financial institutions, companies, and investors with the documentation and formalization of deals, credits, and investments, both in Mexico and abroad.

Daniel is also the co-author of two chapters of "Doing Business in Mexico" published by Juris Publishing and has published articles in various magazines, such as the International Banking Law and Regulation, the Latin American Law and Business Report, and Mexico Now. He has also contributed to the Spanish edition of The Huffington Post.

He has been a professor of international law at ITESM, and has lectured at international forums about issues dealing with loans, finance and real estate, participating in forums in Mexico, the United States, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia.
