Privacy Notice

1) Identity and Address

DMA Servicios Legales, S.C. (the “Data Controller”), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (the “Law”), makes this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) available to you in order to set out the terms and conditions for the processing of the personal data it may collect from time to time.

For the purposes of this Notice, the Data Controller designates as its address the one located at Paseo de la Reforma 300, Piso 9, Colonia Juárez, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, Mexico.

2) Personal Data Subject to Processing and Its Purpose

The personal information the Data Controller has access to will be used, as applicable, to: (i) contact you; (ii) provide the requested legal services; (iii) create, upload, and keep your profile updated in the Data Controller's database; (iv) fulfill the object of the relationship that gave rise to the processing of the personal data.

For the purposes established in the preceding paragraph, the Data Controller may require the following personal information: full name, address, date and place of birth, place of residence, gender, email address, telephone, mobile, the institution where you study, academic average, and the place where you work or have worked (the “Personal Data”).

3) Means for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Objection to the Processing of Data

If you have any concern or question about how the Data Controller processes the Personal Data, or if you wish to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of the Personal Data, please contact us by sending an email to contacto@dma-legal.com or by calling (55) 1209 8598, specifying your name, email address, telephone, and your request, and attaching sufficient documentation that identifies you as the owner of the Personal Data. DMA Servicios Legales, S.C. (“DMA Legal”) will acknowledge receipt of your request on the same day it is received. The request will be analyzed in accordance with the Law, and the corresponding response will be provided no later than five business days after the day on which it was received, to the email address used to submit the request.

4) Means to Modify the Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may be modified in order to implement improvements and/or new security measures. Any modification to it will be published on the website www.dmalegal.com.mx. The modified Privacy Notice will take effect seven business days after its publication.

5) Comprehensive Privacy Notice

The comprehensive privacy notice is available at the Data Controller's address. You may also send an email to DMA Legal requesting that the comprehensive privacy notice be sent to you. DMA Legal will acknowledge receipt and send the comprehensive privacy notice no later than the day following the date on which it received the request, to the email address used to submit the request.
