Carlos Sagaón Garza

Carlos is a partner of DMA Legal. For over 20 years, he has advised local and foreign clients in multiple financial transactions. Furthermore, he has represented many financial institutions, creditors and debtors with the documentation and formalization of local and cross-border credit transactions.

Carlos has substantial experience in real estate finance and project finance in a large variety of sectors including railroad, highway and energy.

Carlos is the co-author of the Immigration chapter and the Consumer Protection Chapter of "Doing Business in Mexico" published by Juris Publishing, and he also has published articles in other publications.

Carlos has given conferences related to financing, financing structures in Mexico and the US.
